Workshop Extension
We are happy to have been contracted to carry out the design, contract tendering, local authority permissions and project management of a workshop extension to a client’s existing warehouse building in Aberdeen.
This project formed one part of a larger project, involving the erection of standalone canopies and other warehouse extensions, all to enable a vastly improved site for the client’s operations.
Working in conjunction with structural engineers, and handling local authority permissions from planning to building warrant consent, and the following management of each trade on site, the project was completed on time, despite the myriad issues brought on from the pandemic involving material shortages and shipping delays.
